In the archives of philanthropy, the extraordinary soul of Nirbhay Jain stands tall, embodying the transformative power of compassion. From an early age, his unwavering belief in giving back shaped his journey. Hailing from Ajmer, Nirbhay Jain triumphed over personal struggles and saw them as blessings to be shared. Destiny led him to the highest echelons of the Birla group. During this time, he witnessed the hardships endured by villagers when he attended medical camps. Moved by their struggles, he devoted himself to bettering rural communities. Nirbhay Jain then joined the Rotary Club of Bombay Mid-Town (RCBMT) to seek guidance and broaden his understanding of social impact. His philanthropic efforts which began with providing clean water to villagers, led to aiding villagers with visual impairments in honor of his late mother and ultimately empowering villages through education regardless of gender. Recognizing the need to focus on education, sanitation, and women's empowerment, he uplifted rural communities, enabling endless generations to unlock their true potential. His legacy is truly inspirational, one that has created an everlasting wave of impact.
empowHER India is dedicated to the efficient and effective use of donor funds. In this way we ensure that 100% of donor funds are used to change lives at the village level.
We feel that we owe all our donors a full accounting of the way donor money is spent. The information contained in this page is designed to give you a complete account of expenses incurred in the implementation of our various program initiatives.
